Another thing that is commonly witnessed is the production of items that when touched after being made are easily erased, or ink smears all over. The source of this is the presence of a spillage inside. It can also be as a result of the toner being faulty which means it is getting too much ink. Clean the spillages that might have happened and change the cartridges.

It is also a common thing to have a 50.4 error message appearing in the middle of their working. The reason behind this is the use of a UPS source of power instead of a direct socket connection. It requires quite an amount of power for the heating and general operation which means that it will not be functional when connected on a UPS instead of the direct connection.

Additionally, the device may end up printing from the wrong tray. Depending on a desired outcome, one usually set the process to use a particular tray. This might go in the reverse direction and thus a loss of resources and time. Check the settings on the PC and also those that specify issues with the size on it when this occurs.

In conclusion, lines may appear on the final piece. It may be as a result of having dust on the scanner glass, drum malfunction and issues with the users. Resolve this by cleaning the mirror with some soft cloth occasionally to eliminate dust and solid particles. It can also be rectified through removing and replacing the issue that is causing this condition and advisably consult an expert to do these replacements.
