Supernatural Thriller Books Are Fun

The world is a very large and strange place filled with mystery and suspense. There are so many supernatural thriller books on the market which will make any living human being think about their future and the events that may or may not happen in the near future. These novels will always peak a persons interest since they were made to delight and scare.

A person who grew up over forty years ago has heard all about a novel called The Exorcist. They have even had the chance to read a story which was titled The Omen. Later on a novel call Poltergeist came along which dealt with a haunted house and it was also great. David Seltzer knew that he had hit gold with The Omen since it played upon a persons faith and questioned every individuals beliefs. It also made many people wonder about the Devil and his great powers.

This child seemed like the perfect son to a couple who had recently lost their baby. During Damiens birthday party it is revealed that his presence brings nothing but destruction. While his party is in full swing his faithful nanny hangs herself upstairs within a bedroom.

This young lass was very happy at the time of her death and she did love Damien very much even though she had to leave him all alone. Damien smiled as the woman killed herself since he knew that a new guardian would soon take her place and this was very good for him and his mission.

Life in the mansion goes on as usual since a new nanny has come to replace the now deceased young woman. This new woman seems to be very interested in Damien and she ensures the family that he will always be well protected. They consent to having this woman around even though it may later spell doom for the wife.

Mrs. Thorne discovered that she was having a second child but she did not want to go through with the pregnancy. Having Damien around was a bit too much and another child was no good news at this time. She had no idea that Damien was not her son and this young boy also wanted the unborn child dead. She was later murdered while staying at a hospital and a man who was helping Mr. Thorne was also killed.

This novel shows that there are no real happy endings in life or anywhere else and people should not expect sunshine and roses each and every day. Georgetown was the setting for William Peter Blattys novel called The Exorcist. He decided to have all havoc break loose in this peaceful part of the world.

Unexplained deaths begin to happen and the house is now suddenly cold for no real reason. Reagan begins to speak in different languages and she is now showing signs of severe mental illness. At this point the mother can only rely on two priests who are allowed to perform an exorcism on this tormented young child. Things go very wrong during this ancient ritual and both men are killed by the demon who is now lurking within this house.
